Bill Maher is at it again, stacking his panel with “Liberal Fool” “gay man” who hate women, just to prove a point. The point being is that “Little Bill” is obviously threatened by intelligent-principled women like Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman. His only recourse is to insult instead of arguing on merits. Maybe “Little Bill” should stick to commenting on his liberal - Cornell educated, airhead, gay, friends’ escapades.
Or, perhaps “Little Bill” could comment about the economic mess that our president Obama caused. How he (Obama) destroyed consumer confidence starting two years before his election. Therefore sending the US (and the world followed) into a recession. Even those at HHC (Harvard Community College) understand that consumer confidence is the single most important variable in an economy.

Sarah Palin on the US Debt

Thank God Sarah Palin didn't go to HHC (Harvard Community College). HHC has only produced "Liberal Fools" whom believe that 'theorizing' can produce results. When it is action through experience that produces positive outcomes. Since our president has no prior experience with anything larger than a 'one family economy' we act surprised. As commander-in-chief he that can't tell the difference between a dead body and a sailor (corpsman), some act surprised. Face it people, the social experiment was nice in theory but a disaster in practice. No longer can this country afford amateur hour in the white house. We need a “leader from the front” who is willing to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and each and every 'state constitution' subjugate thereof.

Barack Obama’s big government policies continue to fail. He should put a link to the national debt clock on his BlackBerry. The gears on that clock have nearly exploded during his administration. Yesterday’s terrible job numbers should not be a surprise because it all goes back to our debt. Our dangerously unsustainable debt is wiping out our jobs, crippling our economic growth, and jeopardizing our position in the global economy as the leader of the free world.
As a governor, I had to deal with facts, even unpleasant ones. I dealt with the world as it is, not as I wished it to be. The “elite” political class in this country with their heads in the sand had better face some unpleasant facts about the world as it is. They’ve run out of money and no amount of accounting gimmicks or happy talk will change this reality. Those of us who live in the real world could see this day coming.
Back in January 2009, as governor of Alaska, I announced: “We also have to be mindful about the effect of the stimulus package on the national debt and the future economic health of the country. We won’t achieve long-term stability if we continue borrowing massive sums from foreign countries and remain dependent on foreign sources of oil and gas.” Then I urged President Obama to veto the stimulus bill because it was loaded with absolutely useless pork and unfunded mandates. Everyone knows my early and vocal opposition to that mother of all unfunded mandates known as Obamacare starting back in August 2009, and many recall my objections to the Federal Reserves’ inflationary games with our currency known as QE2 from November 2010. It’s a matter of public record that I did not go to Harvard Law School, but I can add.

I would like to personally thank Governor Perry of Texas for standing on principle and the rule of law. It doesn’t matter what country you are trying to hide behind, if you commit a murder in Texas you will have to ‘man up’ and face the gallows. Now, if only our national leaders would display the same backbone – I would be grateful.

Below you will find the complete rationalization of our president to halt the execution of a convicted murderer from Mexico. In part, it is to protect our citizens abroad if convicted of murder themselves. Although, I am of the belief that if they commit murder (where ever), they should be held accountable. Who gives a damn if it's in a foreign country? It is just like those "Liberal Fools" who think that capital punishment is "cruel and unusual" until one of their daughters is raped and murdered. The details committed by that ‘murderous PUNK’ were so horrific that it makes me want to strap his PUNK-ass into "Sparky" myself. President Barack Obama has asked the Texan authorities not to execute the convicted rapist and murderer Humberto Leal Garcia. President Barack Obama is attempting to block the execution in Texas on Thursday of a Mexican man because it would breach an international convention and do "irreparable harm" to US interests.

The White House has asked the US Supreme Court to put the execution of Humberto Leal Garcia on hold while Congress passes a law that would prevent the convicted rapist and murderer from being put to death along with dozens of other foreign nationals who were denied proper access to diplomatic representation before trials for capital crimes.

The administration moved after the governor of Texas, Rick Perry, brushed aside appeals from diplomats, top judges, senior military officers, the United Nations and former president George W Bush to stay Leal's execution because it could jeopardize American citizens arrested abroad as well as US diplomatic interests.

Leal, 38, was convicted in 1994 of the rape and murder of a 16-year-old girl in San Antonio. Few question that he was responsible for the killing but the Texas authorities failed to tell Leal, who was born in Mexico and has lived in the US since the age of two, that under the Vienna convention he was entitled to contact the Mexican consulate when he was arrested.

Leal's lawyers argue that the lack of consular access played a role in the death penalty being applied because the Mexican national incriminated himself in statements made during "non-custodial interviews" with the police on the day of the murder. Had Leal had access to the Mexican consulate it would have been likely to have arranged a lawyer who would have advised the accused man to limit his statements to the police. As it was, the Mexican authorities were never informed of his arrest.

In a 30-page brief to the Supreme Court, the administration said that the carrying out of the execution "would place the United States in irreparable breach of its international law obligation" under the convention.

The White House said it was in the US's interests to meet its treaty obligations.

"These interests include protecting Americans abroad, fostering co-operation with foreign nations, and demonstrating respect for the international rule of law," it said.

Carrying out Leal's execution would cause "irreparable harm" to US interests abroad, the administration added.

"That breach would have serious repercussions for United States foreign relations, law-enforcement and other co-operation with Mexico, and the ability of American citizens travelling abroad to have the benefits of consular assistance in the event of detention," it said.

The legal situation has been complicated by earlier court rulings.

In 2004, the international court of justice (ICJ) ruled that the US authorities had failed to meet its legal obligations to 51 Mexicans awaiting execution in American prisons when they were not informed of their right to contact their consulates.

The then president, George W Bush, a former Texas governor who backs the death penalty, said the US would adhere to the ICJ ruling which, in effect, meant the death sentences would be reviewed or commuted. But in 2008 the Supreme Court ruled that while the US government was obliged to comply with the ICJ ruling it did not have the power to force individual American states to do so. Only Congress could require adherence by passing a law.

The Obama administration has told the Supreme Court that a bill has recently been introduced in to the Senate to do just that but it is unlikely to win the approval of both houses of Congress before next year. The White House wants Leal's execution put on hold until the law is passed but two courts have already ruled that pending legislation has no effect on the legal process.

The UN high commissioner for human rights, Navi Pillay, has appealed to Perry to commute Leal's sentence to life imprisonment.

Christof Heyns, the UN special reporter on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions said that if Leal was put to death it would be "tantamount to an arbitrary deprivation of life".

Perry's office has said Texas laws had been abided by and that Leal would be executed for "the most heinous of crimes".

All this was even before President Bush took over as president. It is another clear example of former President Carter's hostility towards Israel. When will the American Jewish community realize that the democratic leadership is against the State of Israel? Maybe they don’t care, but they should be vigilant of history repeating itself with passive responses to aggression from within the Democratic Party. Just ask “Liberal Fools” from California, “How do they feel about Israel?” As California goes – so goes the Democratic Party.

'Pinky' overcomes obstacles to win election

Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) summed it up nicely, if bizarrely, when he congratulated Reid late Tuesday by calling him Dracula and Lazarus - the monster and the survivor. Maybe Reid, who didn't just squeak past Angle on Tuesday but defeated her decisively with a five-percentage-point margin, is actually a much stronger Democrat than lots of people gave him credit for. Especially after his minor stroke that caused him to take a few weeks off last year to recouperate. A fact that was kept quiet during the election, but was obvious to the electorate during the debates. Pray for Harry's health.

Kagan Committed a Crime

Supreme Court nominee Elana Kagan altered an official report knowingly to persuade the Supreme Court justices to rule in her (and clients) favor. The official charge is "conspiracy to defraud the Supreme Court". The legal watchdog groups filing suit (Judicial Watch & Freedom Watch, USA) intend to have Ms. Kagan disbarred from practicing law. The justices of the United States Supreme Court need to be of a higher moral and ethical standard than that of President Obama's last nominee, Sonya Sodomayor. She lied in her confirmation hearings when she said, "I truly believe that the right to legally own a firearm is an individual's right." First chance she got, once confirmed, was to vote against the individual's legal right to own a firearm in Chicago. "Liberal Fools" have no standards to live by, because a majority of them have never been in an organization that teaches 'honor and discipline'. Wake up America, we don't need another Harvard Community College graduate on the US Supreme Court. They can't read the black of the US Constitution, only between the lines to suade arguments in their favor.

SEACHLIGHT TEA PARTY

Saturday morning, the wife and I drove the 45 miles to the Searchlight "Tea Party" rally. It was phenomenal!! Cars lined up as far as the eye could see. Stop and go traffic for an hour and fifteen minutes in the middle of desert no-where. After parking, loading up (I was the pack mule) we walked a short mile past a long line of cars and onto the grounds. Weather was great, cool with a small breeze, and always sunny. Sky writers with important messages. There were young & old, black & brown, white & gray, and able bodied & disabled Americans. Younger generations pushing the wheelchairs of grandma and grandpa, older generations pushing the baby strollers, and EVERYONE with one message…LOVE. Love for this country and how to get it back on track. We saw patriots from California, Arizona, Oregon, Alaska, Utah, New Mexico and the great state of Nevada of course!
My conservative estimate was 10 to 12 thousand. The governor of Nevada received a laugh when he said, “I would like to thank all 250 of you for attending.” Everywhere I looked there were people helping people, talking about issues, the constitution, thanking veterans for their service, and good down-to-earth red blooded Americans celebrating Liberty. Not a damn thing un-American!

Obama back to LV on taxpayer's dime

I would like to start by saying, "Actions shout from the rooftops compared to one's rhetoric." So is the case of our president and Senator Harry Reid from Nevada. On February 18th, Pres. Obama and his "posse" will arrive in Las Vegas for a fundraiser for Sen. Reid's re-election campaign. These actions, by our president, are in express contention to a “presidential directive” depriving any government agency from visiting Las Vegas, NV using tax supported funds. However, since our president can’t or won’t follow his own directive…..does that make him above policy? Reminds me of a quote by another self-discredited president, Richard Nixon, when he said, “If the president does it, is it really against the law?” Oh, how the hypocrisy continues!!

It was our Senator Harry Reid who stood idle when President Obama first called for a moratorium on Las Vegas by government agencies – which sounded like, “Don’t go to Las Vegas and blow your hard earned money,” to most everyone in our nation. That was a year ago. Since then over 700 conventions were cancelled at an estimated cost (LV bureau of tourism) to our economy exceeding 100 million dollars. If Senator Reid is this “all powerful” senator, why couldn’t he get the president to recant or at least clarify his (non tele-prompted) remarks? Instead, Senator Reid’s “failure to act” caused President Obama to take another “Economic Hammer” to Las Vegas again last week. Seems like the only one (politician) that has the “intestinal fortitude” to stand up to the president and ask for an apology is our Honorable Mayor Oscar Goodman. Thank you Mayor!!

As a proud Nevada veteran, I have pledged to assist in the effort to oust Senator Reid from his U.S. Senate seat. Sen. Harry Reid has become an embarrassment to Nevadans as evident in the following comments. "The president is a liar and a loser,” (which one he was talking about, I’m not sure ), “The war is lost,” (referring to just before the surge) “There’s nothing wrong with that – it’s all the art of politics and political representation,” (referring to the political deal (bribe) for Sen. Nelson D-Neb. and Sen. Landrieu D-LA) “The doctors should just stop whining about this and just take care of their patients,” (referring to physician's demand that TORT ‘BS lawsuits’ reform be added to the healthcare bill) “I hope they go out of business,” (referring to the Las Vegas Review Journal when meeting a reporter in a dinner line) “Senator Kennedy’s death will ‘help him pass healthcare” (no clarification needed) “He’s a light-skinned negro who can turn his dialect on and off” (and black leaders defended him) Liberal Fools - Sheep!!

"Using the United Nation's own data on climate change, the United States would have to cease every conceivable CO2 emissions (from every single aspect of agriculture, engineering, manufacturing, all forms of producing electricity, humans breathing, and any man-made direct or indirect production of greenhouse emissions...for 33 years to lower the global temperature by ONE degree Fahrenheit." Liberal Fools

Hardly a day goes by when I don't hear another "Liberal Fool" sounding off about something they know little about or worse yet, have no experience with. As a retired paratrooper and soldier of 20 years, I've seen my share of BS and have developed a quality filter to understand details of the mission and clarify them. Why, I ask myself, do the following people even pretend to know anything about the military when they have kept as far away as possible their entire lives. These people are the "Liberal Fools" for which I speak: Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, Keith Olbermann, (just about anyone that works for MSNBC - with Pat Buchannan being the lone exception). Sorry, but I couldn't leave out the "Family Guy" Robert Gibbons, press secretary and another "failure graduate" of Harvard Community College. What a disgrace! He won't or can't give a straight answer because he has no convictions, moral or ethical compass.

Economic Failure

First, is the failure of President Obama to accept or even acknowledge his responsibility for our country’s economic downturn - both, in our nation and here in the state of Nevada.

Rationalization:

From the first month that Senator Obama announced his campaign for president, he immediately set out on course of destroying our nation's economy. A plan patterned on James Carvell's strategy (used by President Clinton) to unseat President Bush-41. The plan called for repeating to the American people (over and over) that the economy is in a downward spiral and that it was neglected by the Bush Administration.....sound familiar? Senator Obama continued his two-year assault on every aspect (sales, manufacturing, mining, lumber, and oil exploration to name a few) of our economy. This relentless barrage, slowly over time, destroyed consumer confidence and led to our major part in the global collapse. As any first year economic student learns and knows (except maybe ones from Harvard Community College) is that it's "Consumer Confidence" which drives every aspect of our supply and demand economy. You destroy "Consumer Confidence" and the economy will follow. However clever the strategy, the winning administration is eventually saddled with the “spoils” of its own making, in which the Obama administration continues to claim ignorance to the part they played.
